Nails4men.com will ensure that your order is dispatched as soon as possible in new condition.  We dispatch orders within 5 working days by post, so kindly ensure your address is full and include your post/zip code. Kindly also allow time for delivery.


Should your order not reach you in satisfactory condition then contact us within 14 days for us to allow for a replacement or refund. Please see our refund policy for more information on your consumer rights.


Our main priority is to ensure that you can shop safely –your personal information will not be passed on to a third party.  All information and data given by our customers is considered to be absolutely confidential, we reiterate that we never release any of your information to third parties.


We do not collect and store customers data beyond the routine backup of our customer database.  This information is kept for sales records and general statistics tracking of our website. This information is protected by a firewall requiring a unique password for access and does not include any of your personal payment details which are kept exclusively on the SSL Secure Server. They are processed in accordance with local law.


Upon placing an order, you will be notified by confirmation email, your payment details are never in our possession. Your credit card details are entered on a secured page and that they are transferred using SSL secure pages.

They are only used by our credit card processors – Sagepay and Paypal through the use of SSL secure pages.

Minimum age for customers is 16 years.  We do not supply nails to children, sorry.

Orders for handpainted nails will involve a processing period of up to 5 working days, please take this into account when you place an order.



We use the royal mail for shipping. Kindly refer to the information below for estimated delivery times to your area.


UK & Republic of Ireland - normally 3 days to process, as soon as we dispatch your item, you will receive an email as confirmation, you should receive your purchase  within a further 5 days.


Europe -  normally 3 days to process as soon as we dispatch your item, you will receive an email as confirmation, you should receive your purchase within a further 6 days.


USA -  normally 3 days to process as soon as we dispatch your item, you will receive an email as confirmation you should receive your purchase within 12 days.  Buyers should be aware local taxes may apply.

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously and take measures to protect your personal information .


We collect your billing and shipping address and email address. This is only used to fill your order and is not passed on to anyone else.


We do not store your credit card data.  Your card details are held by Sagepay and Paypal and are transferred through secure SSL pages.





We at nails4men.com prefer payment to be made through Sagepay, as it far safer than any other method.

Paypal is also designed to be one of the safest ways to send money online. You do not have to be a member or register with Paypal to use its service. To find out more – http://www.paypal.com we accept Visa and MasterCard though Paypal.


 New return policy

1)       We offer “a no quibble 14 day money back guarantee” for all goods shipped correctly that are not then required. The buyer will be responsible for the return postage and packaging charges at their expense. Also for items that have a postage charge for shipping the item out, the equivalent amount will not be refunded as we have already paid that item for it to be dispatched.

2)       For items which are faulty on receipt, you must notify us within 14 days by e-mail only.  We will then issue you with a Returns number for reference and that should be quoted on all future correspondence. Faulty items should be returned to us within 14 days at the buyer’s expense and upon receipt we will either replace or refund the item subject to confirming that the item is faulty.

3)      If a wrong item is received, the item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt and we will send the correct item and also refund the minimal postage charges that are required to return the parcel to us. This is usually second class post. If a faster service or a more expensive method of postage is used to return the item, we will only refund the minimum amount it would have cost to send the item back to us and not the actual price paid.
